rdelp Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 Greeings, I have my site, e-mail etc on a webhost that uses the same control panel as TCH. My account was setup last night. I thought I could download a home directory, database, etc and restore it here. That didn't work... Need some ideas on how to move my entire site to TCH. My (soone to be fired webhost) doesn't seem to be getting anything to work, so maybe the backups are fried. Any ideas?? Rob Quote
TCH-Rick Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 If you will open a Help Desk ticket using the link at the top of this page and provide the IP address, CPanel username, and password for the old account we can attempt a CPanel transfer. It is also possible to restore the account from the server if you download a full backup from the old host and upload it to your root directory here. Then open a Help Desk ticket and we can restore from the server. Quote
