Boojum Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 I am trying to open an account for a third site, but am balked by a persistent problem: The software TCH uses asks for a password. I unearthed the last password e-mailed to me on the opening of my previous account and entered it, whereupon the system informed me that I'd used an incorrect password and sent me back to square one, requiring me to re-enter the order. On the second attempt, I tried to send a "lost password" message, but couldn't because the software also refuses to recognize any of the usernames you have sent me. Please help me negotiate this maze of recalcitrant software and open an account. Also, please address this problem. It is very unlikely that I am unique in experiencing problems with this system, and if you haven't heard this from anyone else yet, it may be because other people who run into it don't know about the forum and simply give up.
