signatures Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 Have a question on disk usage in cpanel? Is it just the size of your website or is the total more than that? I'm using about 225 megs and i believe my site is about 80 megs. any input would help. thanks, dave Quote

If you would like to have us clear the inbox open a Help Desk ticket using the link at the top of this page. You can also clear it using Horde webmail using the Folders option to clear the folder. The disk space for your account includes all disk space used including the webspace, email, MySQL databases, and statistics. Quote

I went to horde and emptied the inbox folder? now my space will clear up or should i still open a ticket? that mail was building up for a long time! thanks, dave Quote

You can log in to your cpanel and check how much disc space that is used now. If it havent decreased even if you deleted some emails you should submit a ticket. Also, welcome to your extended family.
