Sign Up Problem

Just bought server space and domain name. Clarification that everything was paid properly but no email with information on cpanel, ftp access and username & passwords etc.

 

I have done this before and always received information couple of minutes later after buying, it is now more than six hours.

 

I had to email support, could not request ticket because they look for

Cpanel Username and Cpanel Password etc which I do not know because the information was not sent to me.

 

Anyone any suggestions.

Hi Micheal,

 

TCH's set up time can take longer than 6 hours, although it ususally doesn't in my experience. Per their hosting page:

 

New web hosting accounts are usually set up within 1-12 hours.

 

If you find you need to enter a ticket, you can always enter "unknown" in the username and password areas.

 

Also, make sure you checked your spam folder (if you have one) to make sure the welcome email didn't accidentally end up there.

Yeah, a lot of people seem to be confused by the non-instant activation of TCH.

I actually think it's better because it prevents fraud since they can do full checks on everything before creating your account.

the new site is up and working fine thanks everyone especially TCH support.

 

I will be soon buying another domain and space, i will be more patient in future.
