Not sure if this is correct forum or not. I am looking to Install and run Teamspeak on my Webspace. Am I allowed to do this? and can I get some advice as to how to go about it?

Any application that requires it's own user, and runs as it's own service constantly requires it's own server. These can end up taking a lot of resources and you're just not going to get that on $5/month. =)

You can read about dedicated servers here and if you are interested you should submit a ticket to sales to see if any are available. =)

Eric,

No one is sticking anything to anyone. I am willing to bet that you expect a fast response time from your site. How would like to have another user run a program that brings your site to a halt. I know I wouldnt like it yet the application you are wanting to use has the capability to do just that. The goal is to protect our clients and give them the best response time possible.

Trying to get off cheap are we? the average TeamSpeak server runs $20.00 a month. If you don't want to spend that much then run it on your home pc. I'm assuming your wanting to run this for a clan, one of you probally has a static IP. if you still don't want to pay for it try going to http://www.homelanfed.com/ and registering your clan. They used to give free TeamSpeak channels to clans that meet certain requirements. Its not something for nothing deal, you will need to stay an active member of that community.
