dognamedmoses Posted March 26, 2003 Posted March 26, 2003 Download Smart FTp from this link it's pretty easy to use, try to connect, if that doesn't work try IM or open a help desk ticket to double check your passord (first try cpanel, if that works, you know it's probably right) p.s. are you trying to log in using IE? baseline Posted March 26, 2003 Posted March 26, 2003 login name and password is case sensitive i think. make sure u are using the right case (eg. username isn't the same as Username) it will help if u could tell us what the error message is tho.. Quote
Junior Posted March 26, 2003 Posted March 26, 2003 If your nameserver updates have not propagated the internet, you will only be able to ftp to your site using the ip number, username and password. Until the nameservers have updated, accessing the site in any way by the domain name will not be possible. Quote
