Server Status Howto

Hi, I've accidentally subscribed to Server 4 when I went to the following URL - http://www.tchstatus.com/index.html and clicked on Server 4 just to see how it looks like since Server 81, the server I am on wasn't listed in there. It then said that I would now receive email notifications about the server status. I've checked my email but I did not receive any notifications thus far. I've tried exploring a little the forums but I could not find out on how to unsubscribe. I've only came across a posting on how to subscribe though.

 

I appreciate that one can alternatively find Server Details by means of a URL if one's Server isn't listed in the following URL - http://www.tchstatus.com/web-hosting-servers.html

 

How do I go about finding out the Service Status of my server if it's not listed here - http://www.tchstatus.com/monitoring/status.html

Hi,

 

If you go into "My Contols" - top right - then you should see an item on the menu on the left called "subscriptions". You can unsubscribe there.

 

You will only get notifications where there is a server issue - so hopefully they will be rare

 

We will be adding the latest servers to the status page shortly

All of the servers are listed in the Current Server Issues forums. You can subscribe to server 81 here.

Many thanks, Andy. I've successfully unsubscribed myself from the wrong server. Yes, hopefully. Even then, I'm really glad for this helpful status notification. I look forward to seeing the updated status page.
