trebor3383 Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 I chose to pay by credit card, but got a message after clicking submit saying that i could not pay to a different currency using switch. so i clicked back to change methord of payment to paypal, the page had expired. Now whenever i try to sign up again its saying the domain is already on the database and i cant do anything. I have even registered the domain, and say in the form im the owner of the domain but it still wont let me pay you guys. Quote
TCH-Rick Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Please open a Help Desk ticket by using the link at the top of this page. Provide the domain name and your name. Just put none for the username and password prompts. Someone there can delete the failed order so you can place the order. Quote
