I did a cpanel backup and got these results:

 

The md5sum on the backup I downloaded is correct (same as in the log below).

 

When I extract the zip file on my computer, it works awhile and WinRAR says "unexpected end of archive".

 

Some of the files are there, but public_html is missing.

What version of WinRAR are you using. I used to get the same errors until I updated WinRAR. Also public_html should be in the directory named 'homedir'.

public_html is not in 'homedir'. I think it gets to the unexpected end of archive before having a chance to get public_html.

 

I have plenty of discspace left. Anyway, the md5 sums match up.

 

I will check on the winrar version...

If the winrar isn't the problem after you check that, submit a support ticket so a support tech can try a backup of your account and see what's going on.
