raevin Posted August 5, 2004 Posted August 5, 2004 Wasn't sure just where to put this. First, I had to go through Paypal to pay my bill, is that the only way to pay without a check? Second, When i did go to Paypal, it says it activated some payment plan or something of the sort. It then goes on to show this: Subscription Terms: $98.00 USD for the first 29 days Then $98.00 USD for each 12 months Now I hope this isn't the case. I am paying 98 for 1 whole year correct? I certainly hope I'm not paying 98 for 1 month then 98 for a year after that. I would appreciate FAST responce to this. Hugs!! Raevin Quote
LisaJill Posted August 5, 2004 Posted August 5, 2004 You get get a more pertinant response by submitting a ticket (Help Desk link at the top of the forums) addressed to Billing. Include the details of the plan you meant to sign up with and the period of time (a month or annually) as well as any other details that might help them. =) Quote

LisaJill Posted August 5, 2004 Posted August 5, 2004 They'd need to be able to look at your account to check it. Did you get a confirmation email when you submitted the ticket? Should have come pretty much instantly as the confirmation is just machine generated and has your ticket tracking number in it. Quote
