hi, i just signed up a few days ago. i used to be with Globat, and there service was absolutely horrible. yesterday, i asked them to point my address "www.thisisvlad.com" to your name servers. when i woke up this morning, the change had taken effect, and my site was now happily running on your servers. i'd like to say, that the speed improvement was *dramatic*. my php/mysql pages load much much faster!!

but anyways, to my question. although my site is now pointing to you guys, the address "mail.thisisvlad.com" for some reason still points to my globat mail! is there something i need to do to switch it? or is this something i need to specifically request from them to switch over? when i called their tech support, they were unhelpful as usual and said that they "dont deal with email issues".

It sounds like propagation has not completed. It can take longer for email to propagate at times and will likely clear up given time. If it is still not working after 72 hours open a Help Desk ticket and we can have a look.
