I liked your hosting service and am considering starting with either the silver or the starter service with possible upgrade in the future. Could you please clarify the following.

 

1. It seems that your Control Panel, cPanel, communicates over port 2082. However, during the day I am behind a corporate firewall that closes most ports and allows only http or https access. Do you have control panel/site admin tool over http/https that would let me admin my site during the day ?

 

2. You offer unlimited POP mailboxes. What about the storage space for these mailboxes, are they taken from the total disk space quota for the paln (i.e. from the 500 MB for Silver) or is this storage seperate.

 

3. What chat software do you offer ?

Not much we can do to bypass your corp. firewall. You could try this

 

http://www.******/cpanel/

 

But i doubt that would work.

 

Mail box storage is part of your Disk Space

Sorry we do not offer Ensim. Only Cpanel at this time!
