LeeGoldsmith Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 I have installed the Invision Power Board on my site and need a little help with changing the colors of the board. They now (by default) are Blue and I would like to change them to Green. Is there a simple (easy) way to do this or do you have to deal with the style sheets. That was very confusing to me and seemed like a lot of work to make a change. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Lee Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 (edited) Check here how to: - Modify your Invision Power Board Logo - Change Forum Logo to a Text Link in Invision Power Board - Add to the Upper-Right Forum Menu after 'Help' - Check List for Allowing Fourm Uploads for Invision Power Board - To Allow Users to Use More Avatars, in Invision Power Board - Change the background color of your Invision Power Board - To access your forum by IP address, including admin before domain propagation Edited June 15, 2004 by Jikrantz Quote
natimage Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 It does involve a bit of work!! Many of the "colors" you see in Invision are actually images. I don't think there is an "easy" way! Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 You could always find a skin that you like and install it. Check out www.ipbresource.com Quote
TCH-Rob Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 I took the images and opened them in Fireworks and changed the colors that way. Then I uploaded and overwrote the ones already there, I did have to play with CSS a bit too to get it to work. Quote
