If I choose the small wbehosting package for 44$ a year, is it possible to upgrade to an higher formula? Are you offering specific quotes? I mean, can it be possible to have smaller reseller package than the one advertised? I need to host several domains but they are not taking much space... nor bandwidth Just to make sure, you offer full SMTP/IMAP/POP accounts, I mean if I have several email address, each of them will have their own login and pass for SMTP and IMAP, right? You say that you active account manually? What do you check exactly? Is there a way to ensure the account is creating very fastly? thxs in advance Ludovic Quote

You can upgrade your package at any time. Just submit a help desk ticket and it will get taken care of real fast! Are you offering specific quotes? You can view all available hosting plans here http://totalchoicehosting.com/web-hosting-plans.html Our account activations are all completed within one hour, there is a manual review done by a staff member, but we are staffed 24 hours pre day and we are able to get new accounts approved within an hour or so. Our average uptime for 2004 is hovering at 99.969% at the moment. However, we do not offer money back or service credits for downtime. Ask around, I am sure you will see our uptime is among the best. Alan Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 Hehe, yes you can upgrade. I went from one Silver plan, to now having a Silver plan for my personal site. Aswell as a Semi-Dedicated plan for my services aspect. Uptime here at TCH is great, I am usually on the net atleast 2 hours each day. And I have not noticed my site down ever, unless there was a scheduled upgrade. And they always keep us up-to-date on the progress when they take the servers offline, or have to fix something. I would surely recommend TCH, not only for the awesome uptime, and support. But they have a great friendly attitude about them. Enough said, back to hibernating. Quote
