Regarding my two previous posts:

I'm having trouble signing up online for two different accounts. The page keeps saying I already have an account on this system and that I should add an order to my existing account.

I don't want to do this for reasons detailed in the previous posts.

I'm not sure I understand the problem. I signed up for a personal account and a few weeks later signed up for a separate account for our church. While both show up in under billing in my help desk account, the main account names and passwords are completely separate for the two accounts.

Rickvz,

That's what I've been wondering all this time. I've been led to believe that any order I placed while logged in to the help desk would fall under the same admin login ID and password.

You're telling me that if I add another order to my exisiting account, I'll get a different ID and password to use? That's great! I want my business account to have a different admin ID than my personal account so the two or three people who I'll give access to the admin account for our business site won't be able to log into the CPanel for my personal site.

exactly, each website is associated with its own unique username. for example:

www.acctnum1.com -> /home/acctnum1/public_html

www.acctnum2.com -> /home/acctnum2/public_html

Thats the way resellers work, so if you "resell" some of your server space, they don't need to have your username/pwd to get into their account...

hope this clarifies....

If for whatever reason it does not work as Rick has explained, please just submit a help desk ticket with the details and they well get it all straightened out.
