I can view the file if I choose "skip" or "overwrite" it,however,why the dialog box appears? There's only ONE htaccess in the directory so why SmartFtp reported there's another one?

Lisa,do you have the same problem? that is,when you try to view the file, a "resume,overwrite or skip" dialog box appeared.

Thank you, so do you know what's wrong with my .htaccess file: when I try to view the .htaccess file using Smartftp,it always reported there's is another ".htaccess" in the same directory and ask me whether I want to resume,overwrite or skip it,however,I'm sure I can only see ONE .htaccess file in that directory. Is this a bug of Smartftp or an error of my server?

Hello, I put a MP3 file on my server, then I tried to download it,the file auto played with RealPlayer, how can I download it with the IE download box?

For my own experience(may me wrong and useless), this method may not be very good for small size pages, it's because the compression itself takes a few time(0.X seconds) to process,if your page loaded very fast(within 1 second),you will not benefit so much from it. Of cource,this function is excellent for heavy text files such as forum.

Hello, I have heard if I changed some code in the file ".htaccess" of a folder,then all the php files in the folder will be compressed,this can be applied by using the following code, php_value output_handler ob_gzhandler however,as I don't know PHP and coding at all so I don't exactly understand how to do this,can someone help me? Hello, I have put a help ticket and TCH Guru Mitch Keeler told me to make payment on the new plan and then update the ticket, I made the payment now,however,the ticket was closed,so I can't update it.

If I make a payment now to upgrade my hosting plan , and TCH cancel my old hosting account, when will my new pagment start and when will my old pagment last? Beside,will my files and folders in my old hosting space be deleted after the upgrade?

If you know me,you should also know my problem. After the changing of ISP,I have no problem to see upgrades of my site,that's great indeed! But troubles always follow me ,I found I can't see upgrades of a few sites! e.g. I can't see updated news. What's the problem?
