Mike, he is from North Carolina, tried in Loudoun County, Virginia under Virginia's spam law because he used AOL's servers to relay his spam. His sister was fined $7,500.00 and he got 9 years. Here's the article from the local paper: http://www.leesburg2day.com/current.cfm?catid=19&newsid=9671 I hope other states enact similar legislation but if a spammer uses AOL for anything, The Virginia State's Attorney and AOL will go after them.

off I have the day off because I have a sinus infection again I made my trip to the doctor yesterday. Arm is still sore, sinus infection not any better. Hot tea seems to do as much good as anything.

Leesville Lake is downstream from Smith Mountain Lake both AEP hydro-electric lakes. It's east of Roanoke 30 miles or so on 43 and 20 miles s of Lynchburg off of 29. We pick up the Times on the weekends. We're also in Roanoke several times a year for dog shows, actually the Salem Civic Center. If you haven't been there try Jersey Lilys Roadhouse and Grill. Great steaks. I think it is on Orange Ave, 221, 460, etc. Hope you get your mail problem resolved soon. The help desk folks are pretty good.
