Windows 7. It is all how you look at it. I think it is a hybrid stability of xp and interface of vista. I've been using Windows 7 since its first public beta back in feb. Replaced Win XP x64 bit which was unstable on my system to say the least. I think microsoft will be able to get rid of vista now that 7 is out. And yes I am using the 64bit version. If you notice more and more hardware these days are becoming supported for 64bit OS since there is a growing demand for it.

Few things here 1) no-ip wont give you a domain name(for free) persay, but they will issue a subdomain for free that you can link to your ip. Then you can install their program that updates your account with your ip automaticly for you. 2) Consider a router for your hispeed internet connection as ICS has its flaws. I prefer win2k or 2k3 with NAT (network address translation) for routing. But a router is better (easier to configure) and it wont require both computers on 24/7 for "the world" to get to your webcam. 3) After you figure out port fowarding you need port foward the ports for your webcams program 4) Go to a library or call a friend and test

okay i have a few problems with my script i am creating to help in tracking donations. If i have it like >require_once("config/config.php"); then i trys and goes to the folder within were that script is located but when i try to use the general fall back to root web method it does not work >require_once("/config/config.php"); i get the error above, and i dont want to move the config file as when i decide to publish it and make it avalible to the general popualtion i dont want to edit multiple config files across the site with the same info any help would be appreciated thanks

see my school only allows ports 80 and whatever https is out and in. so any other ports are inaccessible. like ftp and ports like that.

can i create a php file which includes the cpanel ? or no? so i can access cpanel at school

is there a way of which i can bounce through my school ports on 80 then have prots change to 2082 or 2083 for cpanel?

Okay i spend alot of my internet net surfing time behind a websense firewall & filters at school. now when i need access cpanel i can get into cpanel for my account from home which is one hour a day. but when i have nothing to do at school and want to work on my website via cpanel to edit stuff i cannot. i allways get operation timed out! so does anyone have this problem and know a way around it.
