Using my account mail I get this error - Whats the fix?? The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.loonsecho.net', Server: 'mail.loonsecho.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 24, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E I had this problem with a friend of mine but I have searched this forum Hi and Low and can't find the post that had the answer. Hi When I go to the main page of cPanel for my web site I see that my disk usage has not changed in a long time, shows 27+ megs used. When I go to disk usage in cPanel the amount used in public_html is 36+ megs. Why are they different??, and should I submit a ticket to get this fixed?? Thanks Lee

Hi Bill and all Glade to see I hosted my site Lee's Fishing Page at TCH and the head guru is an avid fisherman like me. Check out this Brook Trout I caught and released. It was about 18 inches and maybe 2 1/2 lbs. Lee

I discovered TCH from people on two help sites for CuteSiteBuilder. After having looked at many other hosting sites it was obvious that TCH had the best price and options. Now that I have hosted my site here for a year I am even more supprised by the help and friendlyness of all the TCH users and staff. This was the right choice and I am hocked for life. Lee

Tech support is working on my ImageMagick problem. While on this subject I would like to tell all how my upgrade to Gallery 1.5 went. The install was a piece of cake. All I needed to do was two things before exstracting the new script. First I put this line in file .htaccess php_flag register_globals off Then I went into the wrapper directory and renamed the two files I modified. wrapper.header.default to good.wrapper.header.default wrapper.footer.default to good.wrapper.footer.default Next I installed the new scripts. Now go into wrapper directory and rename the two files back to their original names. Re-ran config wiszard and I was all set, not a single problem. Click here to see my gallery Lee

During install of Gallery I get this warning: Missing optional binary composite. Without composite gallery will not be able to watermark images, except you use NetPBM and have the pnmcomp binary installed. It said that 2 or 3 modules installed. What is missing and how do I get it going so I may be able to use watermarks on my photo's. Lee

Don that was it. I finally tried what you suggested and that was it. Thanks for the help. P.S. I don't like Gallery2 as much as I like Gallery1. But I will leave it up for a will and see if I can get used to it. For my use I think Gallery1 does a much better job and is not as complicated. Lee

I am trying out Gallery2 and it istalled without problem. But I want to import my Gallery1 album over to it. It has a utility for this and it asks for the path to the albums directory. I can't seem to get this to work. I have tried every possible combo of path's you can think of and nothing works. Can someone help. I have a subdirectory "lfp" off of "public_html" anin that subdirectory is a directory called "albums" that has my Gallery1 photos. What is the path that the Gallery2 program is looking for. Hi Everyone This is the second time my guestbook (advanced GB) has been hacked. I had a current backup of the sql database and restored it and the guestbook is fine now. But what I need to know is how can I stop this from happening on a regular basis. Any ideas are welcome and thanks in advance. Lee

Just a quick question: I have a friend that has a web site and they are not getting the greatest service. I told them about TCH and he came back saying that he needed SSH access and that you do not provide this. Can someone explain?? Thanks Lee

I am liking Horde mail the more I use it but find that the Memo and Task features are not working for me. This is what I see when I try to add a new memo A full screen of giberish then at the bottom Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/mnemo/lib/Driver/sql.php:204) in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/mnemo/memo.php on line 84 And if I try to add a Task I get "There was a problem saving this task - The requested task does not exist" Is this a new problem or am I missing something that needs to be setup for these features to work.
