  1. After a half day of frustration, the solution was (as usual) simple and stupid: Somehow the extraction of the "ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so" file was somehow not working. I was using StuffIt for Windows and finally tried to extract the file using 7-Zip and that worked. So ... before you spend as many hours as I did, maybe try that.
  2. I'm following this post from Sure Fire as best I can and I just can't seem to get it to work. I've asked TCH to reset the web servers, they did (thank you very much), but still it's not working. Does it take some time? Should I just hold my horses and it'll start working in a few hours or something? I've uploaded this file (ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so) in BINARY and all should be well. ANY tips would be helpful, thanks. - Bradley
  3. I was cleaning up a domain (TCH: if I should start a ticket for this and tell you which domain, I'd be happy to.) and found that the Spamassassin folder had 13 MB in it. I found some "bayes_toks.expire$$$$" files and had a search around and found this post on another host's boards about it. My question: are these expire files necessary? Can I delete them? Thanks, - Bradley
  4. I'm using Dada Mail to send out newletter emails and I choose the option to use "listowner@****" for (returned) error messages, but they go here instead: myuserid@server17.totalchoicehosting.com (Where "userid" is my TCH/cPanel user ID.) I can't seem to get Dada Mail to send it where I want it to go, so now I'm just trying to get userid@server17.totalchoicehosting.com forwarded to me@**** where it will just come into my Outlook. Yes, I could set up another account in Outlook as "myuserid" but I need this same solution for clients and I can't get into everyone's Outlook to set up new accounts. Any clues? I've scoured the Forum here and found something close but it didn't work. Here's part of the email I get in my Main Account:
  5. Thanks so much for looking into this. I also do not have (or ever want) AOL, but some of my clients do and two have forwards to their AOL account as they can't POP their email. Best regards, - Bradley
