There should be a line added to the email you are receiving if you have Spam Assassin active. Viewing the source you should see the header with the score. If you are not seeing it please open a ticket with the help desk.

I would suggest using the Account Level Filtering in cPanel to block emails you don't wish to receive. Other than that filter them client side.

Welcome to the forum sfc If I understand what you are asking you will have 2 domains when done. Buy the new domain name you wish to use with your current site here and open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to park it on top of the existing domain. Once that is done you can go ahead and change the name servers for your current domain to use the ones on you square space site and once again open a ticket with the help desk and tell them you moved the old domain name elsewhere and make your new domain the active domain name. Hope that helps.

Can you zip the files up and transfer them and then extract them on the server?

For WordPress releases, yes, I do a manual upgrade but for plugins and themes I use the automatic method.

Are you using your cPanel login credentials for the FTP user/password? Try that. If you are already doing that check with the help desk because it's been working for me when before I was getting the same results as you are.

It's been working fine. Delete the upgrade folder and try again.

Well I get the same error on both, unable to access.

Welcome to the forums Spudvik Why don't you try renaming the file before uploading and rename it once it's been uploaded. Not sure why you couldn't just upload it as is though.

Welcome to the forums chaicka When I try your link I get a "403 forbidden error". Your site is not hosted here at TCH so I don't know if that makes a difference as to why it's not working.
