If so, you can still do as Thomas said, park the domain on top of your current domain and have the account re-provisioned which will make it brand spanking new with no content. Of course you could remove your current content yourself and start new. Having the domain parked on top of your current domain you can email addresses for both domains.

On a dedicated server the customer, anyone they give access, and TCH techs are the only ones that have access to the machine. On a shared server there are multiple clients that have access to their space while the techs have access to all of them. Hope that helps.
