Well if you open a ticket with the help desk maybe they can see if anything is wrong with the installation.

Maybe it has something to do with using version 2.7 beta 3. I do not run beta software on my sites.

I see the images and that's bizarre. Try just your domain name with out the ftp. and see what happens. If it still changes the path please open a ticket with the help desk and have them take a look at it.
