If your other host has cpanel you can request the techs here to do a cpanel transfer which if successful will transfer all your files, including email stored on your account.

You are welcome Yes DW is not the best way to edit text files. It tends to add coding to your files. A simple text editor or cpanels filemanager works best.

Welcome to the forums aria505 There is nothing you need to do to enable the .htaccess file in your public_html folder or any folder below that. Are you sure you have the right code for the mod rewrite or the Errordocument? For the Errordocument I use ErrorDocument 404 /error.php

Welcome to the forum Its amazing how much you can put on your space if you compress the images. I have a site with more than 90 pages and more than a 1000 images. in less than 200 meg. Of course the images are 300 x 225 at 10 to 12 k each. But if you compress your images, you can get a lot of them in 700 meg.

Do you have Microsoft Works suite, or Picture It Publishing? I believe that is their shared forder.
