Granted, the whole problem could have been avoided by TCH sending me the correct information in my original email in the first place, but that's no reflection on the help desk. Guest JoleneC Posted October 23, 2002 Share Posted October 23, 2002 This is Ms. Guest, who didn't notice she left without a name. The welcome email left out the DNS name servers neccessary to move my parked domain to an active page. Instead of showing the name servers, it had a generic "ENTER NAME SERVER HERE".
