I had a question answered within minutes, by a knowledgable and polite technician. Granted, the whole problem could have been avoided by TCH sending me the correct information in my original email in the first place, but that's no reflection on the help desk.

This is Ms. Guest, who didn't notice she left without a name.

The welcome email left out the DNS name servers neccessary to move my parked domain to an active page. Instead of showing the name servers, it had a generic "ENTER NAME SERVER HERE". Most annoying, but easily solved by the help desk technicians.

No worries. I'm fairly laid back, though I don't use emoticons as much as I should. I wasn't pointing out your "error", I was making it clear that "JoleneC" was actually "Guest".

 

Pretty email? :blink: With, like, stationary and stuff? Heh. Staaationary.... It's my weakness.
