I'm trying to decide which web hosting company to go with. Doew Total Choice offer a price guarantee or that the price will not sky rocket over the next years. Also I am looking to add a forum like this one (I like this one) and a chat room to my web site. Do you offer these?

You can prepay for a year with TCH, and when you do, you get your last month free. (Sounds like a Baker's dozen to me).

When you sign up with TCH, you will have access to cPanel to control your web site. Through cPanel you have access to configure and implement discussion boards, chat rooms, shopping carts, and a host of other features!

We even let you Test Drive cPanel before signing up!

We have also just brought online a new TCH Help Site with lot's of stuff, including a boatload of Movie Tutorials covering topics from Email to FTP to FrontPage to changing your DNS!

You can run a discussion board like this one on your site. Several of us run Invision Boards and while you have to set it up yourself, the process is pretty easy.

I strongly recommend you read through the posts in this forum. Several address setting up a forum and others will give you a 'feel' for TotalChoice.

After that, your decision will be easy.

Thank you all for your help. I feel very good about this company. It is wonderful to be able to come here and ask a question and actually have people respond.

I have to tell you I was a bit scared to ask questions on the board. I had a bad experience with boards on Ebay...there are some mean people on there. After awhile someone wrote to me via email and told me that there are people on there who spend their days bullying new people who come to the boards. What the heck is that all about? :) I guess it's like being the new kid in school...but I thought we were adults. (one of the reasons I'm starting my OWN auction site!)

I am happy to find some nice helpful people here. Like being welcomed to the neighborhood!

Thank you!

Welcome to our neighboorhood, then!

Mr. Rogers would probably enjoy it here as well -- gosh I'll miss him! When my girls were growing up, we would watch Sesame Street, followed by Mr. Rogers every afternoon. They would sometimes get bored with him, but I always had to wait for the little trolley to make its visit!

Goodbye, Mister Rogers!
