Hi,

I have several images (from my digital camera) that are quite large and slow to load on a narrow band connection. What options are there for reducing the size (height/width) or density of these images?

Thanks

Don't use Photoshop, it strips exif data (digital camera shooting data)... even if you don't know what that is right now you may want it in the future. =)

I use NikonView to deal with mine, then EZthumbnails to thumbnail it all quickly. Freeware, too. =)

I like ACDSee... it can resize, do format converts, etc. (singly and in batches) and easily manage the folders as well, placing the resized images in different folders if you want. I'm not familiar with NikonView or Irfanview so I can't compare them. I've used the free version of ACDSee for a long time and it has met all my viewing, storing, and managing needs.
