poolplaya Posted April 13, 2004 Posted April 13, 2004 Hi i am new here and have two questions. i have purchased domain from TCH, how long before i should order a hosting package? secondly, i used an existing domain from a different host to try out TCH for a month, and changed password. But both the assigned password given to me by TCH and new password dont work, and i clicked forgotten password link and have not recieved email as of yet. nas Quote

As to the password, start a help ticket (link above) use lost as the password for the help ticket and request that they reset it for you, be sure to include an e-mail address not from that site.
