Just wondering about this...

I use Dreamweaver... when you define a site and choose FTP upload they ask you for your host directory.

What is the difference between using www/ and using public_html?

Is there any difference or a prefered way of naming?

Thanks,

Nat

I remember reading somewhere in the forum that the "www" folder is like a backup of your actual site under "public_html." So, yes, link Dreamweaver to the public_html folder. :)
