Cpanel Not Working...at Work

A client of mine has said his cpanel does not work at work.

 

Has anyone else encountered this problem and know of any solutions?

It's pretty common. Generally is due to a firewall at work blocking port 2082 and/or 2083. There is nothing that can be done except ask the IT folks at work to open the port. Same thing is true for Webmail if they block 2095 and/or 2096.
