laburke Posted April 8, 2004 Posted April 8, 2004 Hi all: I opened a support ticket with TCH to cancel and get a refund for a domain transfer that never took place due to my current registrar denying it. This is the reply I got, but there is nothing on it that shows it's from TCH, so I was afraid to respond with my credit card number. (I know it's only asking for the last 4 digits, but if this is spam from someone else, I don't want to give them even that much!) I asked for confirmation but never heard anything back. Can someone from TCH please help me out and tell me if this is from you guys? It would be nice if something in the message said TCH; I can't be the only person who has been confused by this. Well, maybe I am, who knows. Anyway, I would like to get this straightened out. Thanks! Laura Below is the answer to the question you recently sent to our Support Team. If you wish to request that this transfer be cancelled and refunded then please respond back with verification of the last four digits of the credit card used to purchase that transfer. Once we recieve that verification we will be able to send the request to the proper department to place the refund. Please let us know if we can provide any further assistance. Regards, Nick V.
