voilsb Posted April 5, 2004 Posted April 5, 2004 I had a freak incident where my root .htaccess file was corrupted, and the backup available thru cpanel contained the corrupted file. So I submitted a helpdesk ticket asking if I could restore a file from an older backup than available, and it was restored in half an hour! Rock Sign Thanks Jacob! Quote
