Problems Modifying Phpbb Forum

Hi,

 

I just installed a phpBB forum on my client's site HERE, and I wanna modify it, like change the theme and get rid of the image... how do I install themes? how do I get rid of that generic phpBB image?

 

Please help! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There should be a few options there to assist. Someone running it may be along shortly to give other options as well.
