Anybody ever run into this:

 

Neighbors computer acts ok in programs but when he goes to click an icon on the desktop the icons try to avoid the mouse.

 

They apparantly ALL glide up the screen a bit and when he moves the mouse up, they move back down. He has to click on the go, so to speak.

 

Just curious if anyone has run into this. Going to have a look for myself. woooot

There are joke programs that cause that, but so do several viruses. It is most likely the Magistr virus
