Head Guru Posted January 20, 2004 Posted January 20, 2004 A password is not required to submit a help desk ticket. In the password and username box's simply enter "Unknown". Please submit your ticket to Technical Support and include the last 3 digit of the credit card used to order your hosting. We will then re-email your Welcome Email, which will contain all your username & password information. Thanks! Quote
