osunix Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 Hey all, I have noticed that the main server OS for TCH is RedHat Linux. With the end-of-life for all 7.x and 8 versions of RH now passed, and RH 9 support ending soon, will TCH still be using RH or moving to another distro? If staying with RH, how will security updates be provided? Just wondering what's in store. Rock Sign Quote

osunix Posted January 18, 2004 Author Posted January 18, 2004 Thanks, so RH it is. I use Fedora Core 1 myself on one of my machines (Debian or OS X on the others). I only asked because I have read of several companies moving away from RH over this change. Quote
