Internal Email Only

I have a customer which is a K-12 school. They want the ability to provide email for their students, but ONLY internal email that is sent from, or going to, the same domain. They also want their faculty and staff to have full access to the outside world.

 

Can this be setup in Cpanel somehow? I looked at Filters but don't think that's the way to do it. I need two classes of Email and the ability to put students in one class and faculty in the other. Any ideas?

I don't belive there is a way inside Cpanel to do this. If the students were all using the same mail program I'd say you could perhaps create a new rule that would say something like, "Only accept mail from these addresses" or something to that effect.
