Lianna Posted January 27, 2003 Posted January 27, 2003 What kinds of items would you like to have shared in the calendar? Strictly TCH business and family (that's you) items or just any thing? Thanks for the input! Lianna Quote
KevinW Posted February 15, 2003 Posted February 15, 2003 For me, the Calendar would be most useful for identifying schedule down times. The birthdays are OK - as long as no one can find out how old, errr young, I am. As to any other uses - the only thing I can think of that would be useful would be to add the scheduled dates of well known computer conventions, seminars and trade shows. -kw Quote
TCH-Rick Posted February 15, 2003 Posted February 15, 2003 Yeah it's a nasty thing that you can't enter your birthdate without a year in Invision Board. That means the calendar has that huge number out beside your name on June 5th. Quote
KevinW Posted February 15, 2003 Posted February 15, 2003 Watch out now ... my ego bruises easily But it's my knees that are killing me. Getting old is tough! :-) kw Quote
TCH-Don Posted February 15, 2003 Posted February 15, 2003 Whoa! I did not know it would show the number of years! I thought it would just show the birth year and most would not bother to add it up please remember the turtle can live up 150 years, so in turtle years, I am YOUNG! LOL So how do we fix this Quote
curtis Posted February 15, 2003 Posted February 15, 2003 Kevin, Seems like I remember you talking about a birthday(i will not say which bday)on the CSB board. I think I had a year or two on you. So I guess its my knees and elbows. Curtis Quote
KevinW Posted February 15, 2003 Posted February 15, 2003 Yea, two years ago I had the 50th birthday of a lifetime - we got about 75 people together, set up microphones, and PA system, and amplifiers and pianos and guitars, and had a blast making music for the evening -- everything from Beatles to James Taylor, from Randy Travis to Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith. I'm ready for another one of those rock n' roll evenings! -kw Quote
Lianna Posted February 15, 2003 Author Posted February 15, 2003 Yep, this time just slide the ol' ROCKIN' ....chair....up onto the stage! Quote

Lianna Posted February 16, 2003 Author Posted February 16, 2003 It's awful fun being a little younger than you guys! Quote
KevinW Posted February 16, 2003 Posted February 16, 2003 they say you are as young as you feel -- but what if you can't feel anything anymore? :-( kw Quote
