I don't know anything about phpNuke or what you are trying to say here, but you can easily back-up the database for your phpBB boards in the Admin panel. Then, with the boards installed on the new server you can restore your backed up database, again, in the admin panel. phpNuke shouldn't have an affect on the boards, you would simply link to them from Nuke's pages... It will not affect the forums if you just move your board over and don't convert it to the phpBB2 Port for Nuke, but your users will have to sign in at your Nuke site to access its features and also sign in to your board. if you intergrate the old board then they will only need one account.
