Looking aroud on the internet i've heard only good things, so I'm seriously considering it. My question is twofold. My old host, freehostweb, hasn't responded to me in 3 months. Am I going to have trouble moving my domain name? Will TCH be able to cpanel copy my old site if I can't get a response from them? Thanks alot, Joe Quote
TCH-JimE Posted November 1, 2003 Posted November 1, 2003 Hi, If you can access your cpanel, then yes we can cpanel copy your old site to your new one here. Domain names are a bit more problmatic. Do you have access to it? If so, you can change the domain name servers. If not, you could try transferring it, or failing that, contact the ICANN and see if you can get it fixed, however this is not guranteed and could take ages. Other then that, buy a new domain name and if you ever get your old one back, we can park it for you on your new domain Jim Quote
