teddupuie Posted October 14, 2003 Posted October 14, 2003 I have now uploaded my files 4 times to my public.html folder. Twice using FTP Commander and twice from the cpanel using file manager. Each time they say everything is fine. When I disconnect the FTP Commander, then connect again, all the files have disappeared. When I exit file manager (not the cpanel) and reenter, the files have disappeared. My website has never changed looks, or content as far as I can see, and I have followed every tip I can find, so I'm lost. I used Frontpage, and have named my main page index.html and I use a proxy, but have the same password, and have seen the files in the right place, but they will not stay there. What now? Ted Quote
TCH-Sales Posted October 14, 2003 Posted October 14, 2003 Are you sure that your domain name has fully propagated to your new account? That could be the problem. You might want to put in a help desk ticket so that we can have a look at this problem from the inside. Quote
