The last web host I had wouldn't admit that there was a problem on a server, let alone take the time and effort to post alphabetical account updates. After checking my site, I found I had a few minor updates to be loaded to the site, so your backup was GREAT! Impressive communication and service!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had the same experience with my previous hosting companies. If something breaks, they refused to admit there was a problem, tried to blame everyone else, and there was NO information until you get a response to a trouble ticket days later "try it now, we didn't find anything wrong but it should be working now" Mad!!! I have one website on 26 and a friend of mine has one on 26 to, so I was keeping up with it for awhile (Until my bed called me). Nice job all-around. For TCH to even own-up to a problem that wasn't caused by someone else, in my book, makes them more reliable than a host that "doesn't have problems of its own."
