phpMyAdmin login forgotten

It's been a number of years since I logged into phpMyAdmin on my site, and I can't remember my username or password... It doesn't seem to be the same login credentials as my cpanel login... and there's no "forgot my password" link. Is there anything that I can do to reset my login credentials?
