imaginarynumber Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Hi all Whilst trying to install Joomla I was presented with an error message telling me that I needed PHP v5.3.1. Cpanel tells me that I have PHP 5.3.27 but uploading a PHPinfo file shows that I have PHP Version 5.2.17 I can't see any way of updating it via WHM Am I missing something? Quote
TCH-Alex Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Please note both php 5.2 and 5.3 are installed on your server, where php 5.3 is the default. You have choose to use php 5.2 on your account through .htaccess Mime type selection and you just need to remove or comment out the mime type entry from .htaccess on order to switch the account to php 5.3 I have replied to your ticket too. 1 Quote

Thanks Alex And thanks for the speedy response. For the life of me I can't recall why I had done that Quote
