I wanted to create subdomain "x." Since it was my first time adding one, I put "x" in the box that is before

.**** [Add]

And then I clicked on Setup Redirection while the box left to it was empty. When the next page loaded, I made the redirection URL: http://****/users/x/

When I went to check to see if the subdomain was working, I got a 500 Internal Server Error. Then I checked my domain and it was the same thing. I tried deleting all the subdomains and that didn't work. Then, I tried deleting the folder /users/x/ and that didn't work. And then I tried using Remove Redirection with the box left to it empty and still no change... What should I do to fix this?

All the features like FTP and cpanel works fine.

Whenever you have a problem removing a subdomain be sure and check the .htaccess file in your main directory. Sometimes the redirect added in there by CPanel when setting up the subdomain does not get deleted if you do not do everything in the right order. You can test this by changing the name of the .htaccess file to .htaccess.old. Try to load the page and it should work.
