Awstats Access 3.0 Stopped Working?

Hello, we are hosting a website on TCH and have been using the php script recomended here: http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/help/statisticspage.htm to access AWSTATS for alost a year now and just a few days/weeks it stopped working.

 

Could it be a browser update issue?

 

Any help is very much apreciated..

I have personally never used that Awstats solution, but I can imagine that Awstats itself has changed since that linked solution was written.

Please submit a ticket at https://support.totalchoicehosting.com/ and select department as technical and mention the issue to be resolved along with your Cpanel Username and password so that we can investigate it further

This is also true of "Latest Visitors" functionality. It has been offering no information now for months. I thought it was just down for a short while and would get resolved after a day or two, but it has been at least two months now. I guess it's time to get proactive since they don't seem to be aware of an issue with traffic logs. Which coincided with the cPanel upgrade I might add!

I belive both these issues got resolved after it was raised via our helpdesk.
