Sinister Posted August 30, 2003 Posted August 30, 2003 We are exeriencing a slight problem with our website forum. It seems to have a problem with the mySQL database. This is the error message anyone recieves when they try to access any of the forum: mySQL query error: SELECT COUNT(tid) as max FROM ibf_topics WHERE forum_id='1' and approved='1' and (last_post > 0 or pinned=1) mySQL error: Can't open file: 'ibf_topics.MYI'. (errno: 145) mySQL error code: 1016 Date: Saturday 30th of August 2003 07:05:13 AM We were wondering if any changes were made to the mySQL database by totalchoicehosting.com on your servers. If not can anyone help with the problem. -- Michael H Quote
TCH-Rick Posted August 30, 2003 Posted August 30, 2003 It looks like a table in your database has gotten corrupted. You can repair it in PhpMyAdmin (in your CPanel) or submit a Help Desk ticket and we can repair the table. Quote
Sinister Posted August 30, 2003 Author Posted August 30, 2003 Where do I do the Help desk ticket? Quote
TCH-Rick Posted August 30, 2003 Posted August 30, 2003 The Help Desk is at https://ssl.totalchoicehosting.com/supportdesk/. Quote

borfast Posted September 1, 2003 Posted September 1, 2003 TCH doesn't give support for third party tools. It doesn't mean TCH doesn't tell it's customers to use them if they have them available on CPanel Quote
