Guest rfalcon Posted January 9, 2003 Posted January 9, 2003 After committing to purchase the Silver Plan I received the confirmation emails and was prompted to pay for the first month of service. I was fowarded to PaySystems where I was prompted for my credit information. After completing the form and clicking OK, it took some time to process the page and then I was told that my card was 'Declined'. This is not possible as the card is accepted according to the site and it does not expire for a few more years. I sent an email to questions@*****.com yet have not heard any response. Any idea how I can facilitate my order?????? Thank you. Quote
