I was so impressed today with TCH support. I needed to change my domain name. I put in a "help ticket." I was very skeptical. Hoping I'd hear from someone in about three days... Instead, an email appeared in my email box 14 short minutes later. Not only that but it was already fixed within that 14 minutes.
