One Cms Install - Many Sites

We are using a Content Management Software (CMS) that handles with multiple sites with just one instalation. The scripts of this CMS goes to public_html/ directory.

 

This allows us have site1.com site2.com site3.com (all diferent sites) running the same scripts instalation.

Each site uses diferent databases and diferent design templates.

 

The big adavantage of this: with just one software upgrade we upgrade all sites.

 

The questions is:

- How can i configure multiples sites/ multiple hosting plans to point the same public_html/ directory ?

- what plan i need subscribe for 4 sites ?

Hi,

 

You will need a reseller account to do this with as you can only have 1 site per hosting on other accounts.

 

In the reseller account, you can set up accounts more or less how you want them to be.

So I can share the same public_html/ (or www/) to many accounts included on my re-seller plan ?

 

Have you any hosting hardware located in UK or any other country in Europe ?

Hi,

 

No you can have many different accounts in the reseller account. Whether you can host multiple sites within a single site (which is what your asking) I am not sure about.

 

No Total Choice Web Hosting has no servers in Europe or in the UK. Does location matter to you?
